What You'll Need to Apply

  • Qualified Professional: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).

  • Aged Care Experience: Proven experience cooking within a residential aged care or high-volume healthcare environment.

  • Specialized Knowledge: Proficiency in IDDSI (Texture Modified Diets) and specialized nutritional requirements for the elderly.

  • Compliance: Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

  • Clearances: A current National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

  • Right to Work: Valid Australian working rights (please note: sponsorship is not available).
